Food Truck Friday is the ultimate destination for foodies in Northeastern Nevada. We bring together the best food trucks in the county to offer you a unique culinary experience. During the summer months, these events take place once a month in Spring Creek. Join us to enjoy some of the best food in Elko County, as well as live music and fun for the whole family. From savory to sweet, our food trucks offer a variety of dishes that cater to all taste buds. We are passionate about bringing people together over good food, and we take pride in supporting local businesses. Join us to enjoy great food, live music, and a friendly atmosphere. NEW in 2025! We're joining forces with Great Basin College! They will be hosting "Beats & Bites" the 4th Thursday of each month instead of our Elko Food Truck Friday. The Spring Creek Food Truck Friday will still happen at The Hub one Friday per month.

Our food truck lineup depends on the availability of each truck. We also welcome trucks from outside of the area. If you are a food truck looking to participate, please contact us to get on the waitlist. This is a JURIED event, meaning the organizer reserves the right to accept or deny vendors for any reason. In order to provide for the best variety, we do not book duplicate vendors.
